Unprofessional staff.
I tested positive for Covid on an at home test. I scheduled an appointment as I needed guidance on when I will be able to return to work, also needed a doctors note for work. When I was walked back to get my height and weight, which was directly outside the nurse practitioners office, she was unaware I was standing there. In a rude tone she asked the receptionist, "WHY IS SHE HERE THEN?" because I had already tested positive at home. Clearly I'm sick, not feeling good, had scheduled a sick visit. Is that not what this place is for? I didn't come there for fun, didn't want to be there, NEEDED to be seen. I did not feel comfortable seeing that staff member, I requested to see the other person there. I work in customer service and would NEVER talk that way about a client. I would definitely recommend additional customer service training. Very unprofessional, I will not be going back.

Inept little clinic staff.
My appt was for 2:45. There was a wreck on Dixie that made me 7 minutes late. I stood there checking in, I was the ONLY person there, the kiosk worker was chitchatting with other staff. By the time she addressed me it was literally 1 minute outside of the 10 minute grace period window.
And she told me I could only reschedule for over an hour later.
Ami the nurse and Jessica I saw last week. Great experience. Efficient. Friendly. Clean. Small office but perfect for minor illness.

I came in needing help. Amy, the practioner accused me of what she called "ICC jumping". I was seen at another site but that doesn't give her the right to humiliate me by even suggesting I was doing anything more than seeking help.
I'll never go there again. I'm sharing this with my family and friends so that they don't go there either.

Wow. I brought my 7-year-old son in because he was feeling ill and we were so well taken care of. Jessica and Beverly were absolutely amazing. They obviously know how to speak with children, usually my son is so shy but he opened right up. Jessica was gentle and explained vital signs to my son to make it less intimidating. Beverly was so knowledgeable and made things easy for us. She swabbed his throat and told us we could go, that she would call us with the results. We didn't even have to wait. 10 minutes later she called and she also sent my son's prescription to a much closer pharmacy than we were going to go to. We were in and out quickly, the service was very efficient. When my son and I got into the car afterward, he told me that he didn't want to go to any other doctor from now on! For a 7-year-old to give a rave review about a doctor's office is amazing. We don't want to go anywhere else!! Thank you Jessica and Beverly!!
