I wish that they had zero stars. Be warned, the front office staff is beyond apathetic, they are hostile. Be rest assured, they have the power and they use it to be as mediocre as they can. The procedure staff and the physicians are exceptional; but you have get through the folks on the Fourth floor. Scheduling takes a month or so, no less that 7 to 10 business days. Not great, especially if your in pain, but the practice manager and staff think that is perfectly fine.
You may have a better experience, but I wouldn't chance it.

If you're in pain don't look for help here. I had my first injection October 2025. They told me to come back in 12 weeks and they would call to schedule it. I never received a phone call. When I called in January the person was very rude and told me it had been too long since my last visit and I would have to see another physician. Basically start all over. They made my appointment for March 25,23 weeks later!!!!!! . Then they canceled that appointment without telling me!! They wrote on mychart that they spoke with me on March 20. I never spoke to anyone. I called back and finally got a nice person on the phone. She got me in with Chris Reynolds the next day. He was very nice and apologized for what happened. He told me I would receive a phone call for my injection. 2 days later and I haven't gotten a call.

I have experienced exceptional care and compassion from all of the staff at the Broadway office. I have been a patient at this office for about 8 years now. I have seen Dr.V, Jennifer Kelley and Christopher Reynolds. They listen to my issues and provide suggestions that could help me other than just pain meds or injections. Some work and some dont. But i definitely appreciate the suggestions and always try them. I would recommend to anyone.

I went to pain management for treatment for permanent nerve damage but all they wanted to do was injections which they couldn't do to my right groin so I had to leave untreated

My 1st issue: I give this rating bc of Communication issues with Dr. V's assistant. I am having a serious situation and have tried to talk with Dr. V directly. I've only been able to talk to his assistant and what I'm telling her about my situation does not seem to be being shared with him. I've called 3 days in a row; what is relayed back to me doesn't match up to what I told her. My last call waa on Friday. Never heard back from Dr V or from her. I'm going through a long holiday weekend in serious pain and nothíng to do about it.
My 2nd issue is the Progress Notes from my visit 2 weeks ago. I printed off a cooy from My Chart. There are many very serious errors on these Notes. I don't know who to talk with to get the corrections made so my appointment information is correct and my history is correct. I think I need to go back and see what the previous appointment Progress Notes look like.
I hope to hear from someone soon so these issues are addressed and corrected. I'm so frustrated!
