If I could give zero stars I would. They call and cancel your appointments the day before 4:31 pm was the first time and then today right around 1pm. They said they were waiting on insurance but never sent the prior authorization to my insurance. I used all my days off for my appointments just for them to cancel. I called my insurance and thats how I found out. My insurance reached out to them (I was on the call too) no one was available to take their call. I was supposed to have my injections already done and here we are still waiting on insurance to approve it even though pain management is at fault. I do not recommend this place at all if you are in serious pain. Please go somewhere else! Im greatly disappointed that this place was even referred to me.

I have been rescheduled twice now,each spanning 3 months apart. This will be my 3rd attempt to get my epidural steroid injection thru Norton Pain. This time they waited 9 days before my scheduled appointment to call me. Only to say that Dr. Rachael Ray will not be there. I asked if there was anything sooner? To which he replied, 3 months! He had no interest in helping me! I give up. To say his tone and conversational skills were insensitive is being kind. It's obvious this place does not care!

I was scheduled for a lower lumbar ablation two months ago. In the meantime, the date of my original ablation changed. I didn’t receive any updates or pre-op instructions.
Two days before my procedure was scheduled I called to find out what time I needed to be there. I hadn’t received anything in the mail and I didn’t see any instructions on Norton my chart. I arrived at the facility Only to be told that because I had eaten lunch I couldn’t receive sedation for the procedure. All this is normally included in a pre-op instruction sheet, either mailed or posted on my chart. The lack of Patient communication and telephone follow up was unbelievably poor. I canceled my procedure and will go somewhere else!
