  Just got off the phone with the clerk. First thing she asked was if I’d been diagnosed with “diabeetus or pre-diabeetus” I said I had pre diabetes before but then it had gone away and now I wasn’t sure. She then completely shut down. Said the doctor absolutely would not see me. Would never consider seeing me. I said my foot pain IS NOT related to my mild pre diabetes and I knew my pain was from poor arch support and over pronation. She wouldn’t hear it. She was rude and whoever this doctor is doesn’t seem like he has much compassion. Don’t go here, I wouldn’t trust them at all. Find an office outside of Norton.

  I'm severely disappointed in this place's clerk who handles phone calls. My mother to see if this place could help her with some severe foot pains and the first thing this person did on the phone was ask if my mother was diabetic. When she said yes, the clerk gave her such an attitude "Oh, we dont take people who are diabetic" and proceeded to say "oh just google somewhere else" SEVERELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I dont know how theyre training these people these days but maybe try and be more sympathetic towards people who are in pain. If youre looking for help, DONT GO HERE. They will throw you out like trash. Get rid of the attitude and do your job better.
