If ZERO was an option that would be the rating for this office. I have ehlers danlos syndrome and suffer from dislocations from multiple joints. I called because the office through Nortons search shows they offer orthopedic sports medicine. I need help with braces, pt, or even scans to make sure I haven't torn anything. The office told me the don't treat my condition. They can't help me. Most unprofessional and entitled sounding doctors office. Don't even offer to schedule an appointment do I can talk to a DOCTOR about my issues. No I was told they don't treat my condition.

Did not have a good experience at all. A brand new dr, and he did not know any of my history or medications, had obviously not looked at any imaging that had just been done by another provider in the same building. Insisted that injuries that previously had to be addressed surgically were not actually there, and disregarded everything I said and answered...like he was hearing yes when I said no, or vice versa, and telling me where my pain is and what is the worst. Had to just continually correct him. Insisted this is the first complaint for these longterm/ongoing issues, since it's the first time seeing him... tried to say that the trauma team and orthopedic surgeons must have been mistaken or basically lied about why they had to do the surgeries to piece me back together. Had severe pain and mobility issues from shots before, and that's why they were stopped, but he insisted "we" have to do the shots first, and "start" meds and pt (both of which I am already under), before an mri. And that since it's been so long, it probably won't cause the same issues and he "knows" he's doing it a differnt one, even though i told him i do not remember for sure where it was injected to, because it caused blinding pain, just in the hip, and i do not want shots, i want to find the cause so i can get the other treatments i need for what problems are being caused or exacerbated by the lower issues.....it did cause the same issues, and I had already been started on steroids from the previous dr, so now we won't know if the oral meds could have even helped because of the excess pain and limping now making me less mobile and feeling far worse, even days later. I have a TBI and memory/cognitive issues that I am also under treatment for, which are also in my chart...that he very obviously never reviewed...and was in a coma for the original surgeries for the broken bones, hardware placements, and traction, so my records are extremely important to my care. I said as much repeatedly throughout the entire visit. The office staff and nurse were helpful and professional; no complaints about them at all.

The doctor called me a "Drug seeker" right after surgery because I told him I was in alot of pain and was hoping he'd increase or change my pain medication. I'm never going back and I still need the other hip replaced. Smh!
