  I had 4 appointments here and it was mostly bad vibes. It really didn't seem like anyone genuinely cared which sucks when you're pregnant and already feel emotional. If you don't want a super personal experience this place is probably okay though.

  I came in for what I believed would be my first in-person appointment with the maternal fetal medicine specialist, after already having a scheduled Zoom call with the genetics doctor. That first appointment was expected and clearly communicated — but this second one was not. No one told me it would be another Zoom appointment. I took time off work, drove to the office, and emotionally prepared myself for a face-to-face visit. Instead, a nurse rolled in a screen and said the doctor would be joining remotely. It felt cold, dismissive, and completely disconnected from the seriousness of why I was there — I’ve had multiple pregnancy losses and came in for preconception counseling, hoping to be seen and supported. When I voiced how upset I was, the response I got felt flat and impersonal. I didn’t feel like anyone truly cared about my experience. I left feeling hurt, unseen, and like I was just another patient to get through. I’ve since asked my OB to refer me elsewhere. I need a team that takes both my medical and emotional needs seriously — and this was not that.

  Doctors very lazy, Nurse practitioners don't get the credit they deserve.

  Every appointment ive had has been pleasant. The staff are very professional and answer any question I had.

  Terrible experience getting continuous birth control. The whole staff urging me to have a surgery to confirm my endometriosis, knowing it will effect my ability to bear a child. I was given illegal information that I needed to have a pap smear annually when the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines read: "USPSTF recommends screening for cervical cancer in women age 21 to 65 years with cytology (Pap smear) every 3 years or, for women ages 30 to 65 years who want to lengthen the screening interval, screening with a combination of cytology and HPV testing every 5 years (A recommendation)." I was shamed and told to request my medical records and to find a new doctor by the Practice Manager, Sarah, before she promptly hung up in my face. This place is awful. And if you are black FORGET ABOUT IT.
