  My review is for the location and not any of the doctors. I'm a cancer survivor and need regular follow up scans for the next few years. I always choose Brownsboro because the parking here had been very easy to self park in the lot directly in front or to the side of the building. Then they added valet last fall. The valet appears to have control of at least half the spots directly in front of the building. What is the point of valet if they just park my car exactly where I can easily park myself? All this does is add time to my visit waiting to have my car parked and then returned to me while also risking another driver potentially damaging my vehicle. I self parked the last time I was there and since there isn't as much parking I spent ten stressful minutes circling looking for a spot hoping not to be late for my appointment. Please limit the valet to using outer parking lots further from building entrances and leave closer parking for patients to self park.

  Very formal approach, not result oriented. Push DMT, as soon as you are off DMT lose interest. Social work department is helpless, they don’t give you what you need.

  This is the absolute WORST place I've ever taken my autistic son to. We had an EEG scheduled but were told he had to sit still for it. He doesn't sit still for very long so his neurologist said even if we only get a few minutes of video, to see if he's having more seizures. Once back there, one of the "ladies" said well we can't just do a few minutes when I told her what the dr said I said do you want me to call him and she said well go ahead. My son sat still for a few minutes but before they could even try they took the cords off of him and said we can't get one. It was then I tried to look at the EEg screen where the"lady" told me I needed to "step back" Another"lady" told me that I needed to find a place to help with his "needs" I was and still am so furious that I will NEVER go back to this place. So I would like everyone to know that this is DISCRIMINATION at it's finest!!!I would hope that the supervisor would take action for this-it's really sad because he already had one seizure, what a shame that you don't care about someone's life!!!If there were no stars I would give it one!!
