  Dr. Antimisaris with the Norton Healthcare Neuroscience Institute is so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we never felt rushed with her. So glad we got an appointment to see her.

  Having been a patient at Norton Neurology for 5 years now. There have always been issues, but none bothered me quite as much as this weeks experience. First, I want to state that both Doctors I have had have been unbelievable. I could not talk more highly of them and have never had a bad experience with either. The support staff on the other hand….. Today, I had to spend an incredibly large amount of money on out of pocket expenses not covered by insurance due to the support staff not sending in medications when they were prescribed and then sending them to a a pharmacy I did not choose that is out of my network. When I messaged asking why it was not sent to my selected pharmacy in the app, they ignored the question and said they’d send it there. Going back through messages in my app, this has happened 4 times in the last 3 years where they have sent to the wrong pharmacy. -Continuously send medications to pharmacy that is not selected for profile. -Do not send medications in on time and almost caused potential dangerous situation with someone not having medication. -Do not apologize for issues they have caused. -Incredibly long wait times on phone/no answer. -Create additional expenses for their clients with no reimbursement, even though they caused the expense by wrong/incomplete actions on their part.

  I receive care from Elizabeth Venegas for my chronic migraines. She has been very supportive and listens to my pain issues! She has never given up on finding a successful treatment! I HIGHLY recommend her for your migraine issues!

  I have worked with Dr. Ganesh and Sara Perry and both have been excellent providers! Sara is very knowledgeable, and provides great education. I love that she explains her rationale for treatment and is thorough with her exam! Highly recommend.
