  Dr. Owens and his staff are great. I had extensive spinal surgery and while recovering in the hospital he checked on me every day. His bedside manner is among the best I have experienced and feel he genuinely cares for my wellbeing. He has always listened to me during my visits and I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve had multiple forms filled out and they were always done within a day.

  I needed a lumbar fusion, I could not walk because the pain was so great. Dr. Owen's did the surgery and I feel great! I was walking 3 days after my surgery with no pain!

  I am so thankful for Dr. Kathryn McCarthy and her staff at Norton Leatherman Spine Center. They came through for me in a big way when I needed them. Her sound counsel helped me avoid aggressive surgery and heal through medication and physical therapy. She was clear and concise and now I feel like I have a true partner and team in my quest for healing. Dr. McCarthy and her staff, truly act in the best interest of the patient.

  Most wasteful, inefficient health facility ever involved in. Would not return phone calls, would not forward MRI (even though I paid for it), R. Mueller made promises, but no follow-up.

  I am a longtime Norton's patient, but was highly disappointed with the quality, communication, and continuity of care of this office. The are not up to the standard of care that other Norton practices provide. They did not send my medical records that the insurance company requested for an MRI for a painful fracture in my back to be approved. I reminded them and they never responded. I eventually had to cancel my MRI as a result because they never bothered to send my records (all the while, I'm still in pain without answers on my fracture.) When I followed up on this, I *still* did not receive a response back. I am a young, healthy individual and they completely left me out to dry, so I'd hate to think that they would do an elderly or vulnerable patient in the same manner. It has been an awful experience and I would not recommend this office to anyone I know.
