  The primary care and immediate care are simply top notch. Stephanie and her staff are always willing to help give my mom the care she needs. The providers are the same. I thank you so much for being there!!

  We noticed late on Sunday that my daughter had a fever. So we took her to Immediate Care in Valley Station at 7:45. They close at 8pm. First, they lied and said that we would be there for a hour and a half. We were not. They didn't really want to deal with us because it was close to time to close. But people get sick on Sunday night. We have Power of Attorney over heath for my special needs daughter. They didn't even know what it was. they argued with us that it was expired. It does not expire! They finally let us go back with her. Then the assistant said that since she has symptoms for a week that they could NOT test her. Again, they said that it would take 40 minutes They wanted to close and go home! I am sorry we came in at closing time. I just had a death in the family and I didn't even realize that she was sick. When the doctor found out that she had a temperature of 102. She insisted that they test for Covid and the flu. It turned out that she had the flu. The doctor was wonderful and the staff horrible.

  My daughter was seen twice in one week for a persistent fever. The clinic focused only on COVID and Flu testing and initially dismissed her symptoms as viral. Her throat and ears were not checked until I insisted, at which point she tested positive for Strep Throat.The first antibiotic prescription was delayed by a full day. After three days with no improvement, we returned. The same tests were repeated and come back negative again, antibiotic was changed, and we were told the new prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. It was NEVER SENT. I called the clinic twice and they promised to send the new antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy but they NEVER DID. I called again and they said someone would follow up, the prescription was still never sent. We went to the ER, where she was properly evaluated and diagnosed with pneumonia. This clinic showed poor follow-up and lack of thorough care. I would not recommend it for children or serious conditions.Unsafe and negligent care.

  Quick, to the point service with little wait time or hassle. Very impressive for a medical center.

  We had great care from the front desk and beyond! Dr. Patton was attentive and helpful.
