  I won’t say too much, if your considering making an appointment go to Kroger little clinic. The chance of getting the discriminating rude and mean aprn Kristin Willis Ruffra isn’t worth the risk. Norton if u are reading this, fire her. She doesn’t deserve a job interacting with humans considering her awful bedside manner.

  My visit was going fine with the receptionist and the first girl who took my blood pressure they were both kind and empathetic of my pain, Kristin Willis ruffra was AWFUL. So rude, didn’t even listen to what I had to say, scrolled on Facebook as I was talking, and walked out of the room when I asked if I could leave because no one provided help or advice for me yelled telling me to sit and wait and took an aditional 48 minutes to bring me “paperwork”

  Kristin Willis ruffra was awful to me, I don’t know if she was prejudiced against my age or my race, but i calmly explained how I had flu and cold symptoms and was also breastfeeding and needed recommendations that wouldn’t risk drying my supply, and she didn’t answer my questions but rather talked over me and handed me a instruction pamphlet that would’ve been detrimental to my nursing journey. That’s not a health care provider that’s someone who’s just taking advantage of people for money.

  Personnel very friendly and helpful and polite and facility VERY CLEAN Wait time not bad at all.
