  Made an appointment for 1020, arrived and waited 2 hours before being seen. Then waited another hour in the room for a strep test result. Didn't leave till almost 2.

  I want to say this was one of the best immediate care facilities I’ve been to in a while. From the cleanliness, to the receptionist Aimee making my check in easy for me I was feeling horrible she brought waters out for everyone. To the doctor I saw! Thanks for a great experience!!!

  Sharon at the Norton Immediate Care Center was truly exceptional during my husband’s visit. From the moment he arrived, she handled the intake process with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure all information was accurate while never making him feel rushed. What stood out most was her calm, reassuring manner during a stressful time. She treated my husband with kindness and respect and helped us feel confident that he was in good hands before seeing the doctor. Sharon is a wonderful example of how much a caring and attentive intake professional can impact a patient’s experience. We are very grateful for her dedication and excellent care.
