The front staffs are very nice. Nurses are nice too. However, the doctor Pragna Jadav had terrible bedside manner. I took my mom to this immediate care center because she has been coughing for a week with an ear infection. My mom told the doctor that she is having difficulty hearing with a clog in her ear. Doctor confirmed that she has an ear infection but said she does not need antibiotic. Doctor also told my mom that unless my mom is coughing up blood she does not need a chest xray. The doctor ran out of the room as soon as my mom was coughing while the doctor was doing her exam. This is very unprofessional and we are extremely disappointed that Norton has this kind of service. Instead of a mychart paperwork , the doctor gave my mom this note. Written on a napkin. The reason we came to this immediate care center because my mom has been sick for a week without getting better and her family doctor does not have same day sick appointment. Isn't that the point of norton immediate care center? Is for sick patients to seek immediate relief? This facility fail to do that mainly because the doctor fail at her job and that is to care for her sick patients.

Made an appointment two months ago , when my appointment came all of a sudden, they called and said they cannot make this appointment and they want to push me two months ahead what kind of service is this? Never will return or even consider it to anybody or any relatives. Stay away.

No matter what you come in for, you will be dismissed and told to go to the ER. Headache? ER. Stomach ache? ER. Constipation? God, run to the ER. These people are absolutely no help and literally never are. I don't know why I bother to keep giving trust and money to this place. Don't waste your hours here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was def judged today by a nurse when she was going over the list of medications I’ve been on in the past. As soon as she looks at my past meds she asks “are you on any other medication? No?!” I then answered her question then she proceeded to ask “what about drugs?? Yes??” All because she saw I was on suboxone she automatically judged me and assumed I was on drugs. Do better Norton! I worked VERY hard for my clean time. It really sucks to be judged and automatically assumed I’m on drugs bc of a certain medication.

The nurse checking me in did not update my medical records correctly. I repeated myself several times to watch her put in something else entirely. I told her 3 times I'm on a new medication and she did not ask me any information on the medication to put in my chart. I told her twice that I thought I had strep throat and she asked me after if I wanted to be tested.... She also could not swab my throat correctly. Tried telling me to look down and when I said I was going puke because my jaw was swollen she asked if I wanted to do it myself and I said I literally have no idea what you are doing. She said it's okay I probably got it..
