DONT go here!!. Awful staff. Half of them don’t speak English. They will have you there for 3 plus hours for a simple covid test. They will tell you they only have ONE person ahead of you and will continue to have you waiting for an extra HOUR. You have way better luck just going to the er. Half of these good reviews are probably paid for. There is absolutely NO WAY. Shut this place down!!!!

Staff was very friendly. I didn’t wait very long to be called back into a room. I was told there was 1 ahead of me. It would be about 10 minutes. I’ve been sitting here for an hour since being told that. Ridiculous! This dr needs to do better and realize people are on a schedule too!

I was unaware that this location no longer does DOT-FMCSA drug screens anymore. I was told today by the women at the front desk they don't do them anymore, yet yesterday I went to the Audobon location and their computers were "down." It just seems like she would've mentioned it yesterday they no longer do this type of drug screen. If this is actually true why isn't it posted on the door? That would be logical to inform possible patients instead of having an attitude with patients because we don't know! So idk if ANY of them do it or just the Audobon and Dixie locations because one claims computers are down(Audobon yesterday) then today they informed me they stopped doing em all together on Tuesday. Dixie claims they do them but not DOT! Which is it?! Meanwhile I'm going to Labcorp because they told me to come on and they'll help me figure it out. Audobon was professional yesterday, but today whoever I spoke to sounded confused.
