  The staff at Norton Immediate Care Center - Brownsboro were kind, caring, efficient, and strategic. My husband and I arrived at 7:20 pm on a Saturday and were at home from the pharmacy with meds by 9:30 - and the only pharmacy open was in another part of town. I was thoroughly impressed.

  The Medical Assistant was thoughful and efficient. She also kept me informed as to what was going to be done. The provider, L. North was very thorough and had an excellent bed side manner.

  Dr. Elliott was very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He truly listened to my concerns and gave me a road map regarding next steps. He even sent referrals to two specialists' offices for me. It is rare to find a doctor who is incredibly smart with a good bedside manner. I am very grateful Isaw Dr. Elliott. Thank you so much!
