  "Love" I guess as much as one can "love" a medical place and staff 😁😆 Aprn Emily Bachman does an excellent job along with her tech. Norton Audubon hospital is similar, very nice people, very good care

  Presenting complaint was a headache (non-responsive to NSAIDs) that I’ve had for the last 5 days. No where in our entire interaction did I ever mention a sore throat. In fact, when one of the nurses asked if Ann wanted a strep test, she said “did I ask for a strep test? She doesn’t have a sore throat.” Ann not only berated her staff within ear shot of me, and likely other patients, multiple times because they did not order a flu/covid test for me, but also cut me off in the middle of my listing which medications I’ve tried to counteract my deep-seated headache, saw fluid accumulation behind my tympanic membrane on the side of my head where the ache is, and sent me home with nothing but a pamphlet about the flu. What a waste of mine and everyone else’s time.

  Avoid seeing Dr. Bolin if possible. He doesn’t care about his patients and he shut the door and walked away when I asked for additional recommendations.

  Service & care top notch. Everyone so friendly and kind. There was no wait, and I was in and out within 30ish min. Would definitely go back.

  10/10 experience. Amanda Riney was amazing and got me triaged quickly and efficiently. Dr. McKechnie was great and examined me thoroughly.
