  I have previously been to see Dr. Zhao last year for heart palpitations. I had a great visit originally and requested on MyChart more recently to have another appointment. The person the called me to schedule was extremely rude. She asked for my symptoms and told me I would need to go to the ER before I could see a doctor. I said I didn’t feel like that was necessary at this time but just wanted to be evaluated and I asked for clarification that I couldn’t see a doctor. She said “no” and I said “ok, thank you!” And she hung up the phone. I am very understanding of procedures that need to be followed but I feel that this person could have spoken to me in a kinder way when I am trying to get help. Not yawn mid call and hang up on me. This was 7/8 at 3:13pm.

  All nurses, Techs, and lab people were exceptionably nice and caring. Extra Stars to the lab lady who drew my blood , so nice and so GOOD! I know Norton has the BEST and NICEST people in Louisville, particulary at NortON HEART SPECIALISTS.. aLSO, thanks for the help with a wheelchair , Greatly Appreciated!!
