  These are the most caring and most knowledgeable doctors that I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I had some major health issues throughout the summer and continuing. Norton's Neurology Group has certainly earned my trust. They are the best.

  Today I had my second hip surgery at this location by Dr. Carter. I want to share my experience with the staff. Other than my surgeon, two people stand out and I want them to know how greatly I appreciate them. Michelle- Younger-middle age woman with shaved side of her head. Michelle was the same person that prepped me for surgery on both hips, once in June and once today. Michelle is a TOP NOTCH employee. She is fun to be around and she obviously loves her job! Michelle had me laughing and very comfortable before surgery. She is very fast/ thorough/ and efficient. I loved both times I got to have her. She seen me leaving after surgery and gave a fist bump. Please let her know that I loved having her as a part of the great team I worked with. Mary- Young Nurse that was also very efficient and fun to be around. Mary was very thorough and made sure my new medicine allergy (Zofran) was not given. Mary also talked to my wife and I and was a great professional. Mary took the effort of remembering my wife’s name and made my wife feel just as important as me the patient. In conclusion, the entire team was great and I am blown away at how well run, organized, and efficient the team at Medical Plaza 1 is. I couldn’t have been placed in better hands! I have had knee reconstructions, should, appendectomies, and wrist surgeries, but no place has been as great as Brownsborro Medical Plaza 1 and Dr. Sam Carter.
