  If you absolutely have to stay in your car, it's okay. But if you can go anywhere else, you should probably do that. You know how most drive-thru places that have two lanes have a Y configuration where the line is one line of cars and as you approach the front, you split into the two lanes? Yeah, they don't do that here. They had one bay open today, people lined up in it, then later opened the other bay and just took all the cars from the back of the line. People who just pulled in were in and out in under 10 minutes the people who were already in line were waiting 30. Not too cool. It's not hard to make a single file line and then direct people into an open bay. Yesterday the whole building was closed, both the prompt care on one side and the express care on the other. No signs or notices, just nobody there. People were waiting in line assuming that they were operational, but no. Literally any kind of active management would be nice. Overall I don't recommend it, but it's there if you have no other option.

  Mind blowing 🤯 how fast they get you in and out for bloodwork. 🩸 No-one ever can hit my veins on the first stick, and they nailed it first time! Absolutely will be back!

  The Norton Healthcare Express Services team, including Stacy, Donna, Jaylin, Kiara, and Stacy2, truly stand out as the best. While I’m not a fan of lab work before an annual wellness check, I appreciate this location and the express service. It feels less intimidating than a clinic or doctor’s office. You actually wait in your vehicle for your turn, allowing you to listen to music. The entire team worked together to make my visit quick and as uneventful as possible, which is great for us needle phobes. The entire process was completed in just a few minutes from the comfort of my vehicle. The conversation was enlightening, and Donna’s proficiency in her craft is evident. I can’t stress enough how much better this service is compared to visiting a traditional lab. Thank you so much to the Norton Healthcare Express Services Team and to the brilliant minds behind the concept at Norton Healthcare!
