  I had my thyroid ultrasound completed here today. My appointment was scheduled at 1pm, was requested to be there at 12:45pm for registration. I was called back to the ultrasound room 3 minutes after registering, and my ultrasound was completed within 7-10 minutes. I was out by 1pm on the dot. Very kind staff and swift process!

  Appointment was for 3:20, when get there the rude front desk lady said I was supposed to be there an hour ago for contrast - maybe if you all had communicated that in any of the text messages about the appointment I would have been. Then she said C/Kaitlyn called me yesterday which was a straight up lie. So mad wasted PTO to not get anything done.

  It was ok front desk lady was a bit rude. She wanted to know why I was not working which is odd considering I was there for a non work related injury. The MRI staff was friendly.

  They told a lady her 11 year old could not sit in the waiting room while she got her mammogram, she had to reschedule or take him to the car. Wth there’s no signs saying anything about no kids allowed to sit without an adult. They would rather send him out to the parking lot where no one can see him than let me stay inside. Thankfully my husband was also outside and keep an eye on the car. The kid was very well mannered and just played a game the whole time. Seriously bad move Norton.
