  First time ever having something like this done. Bad experience. Was not told I HAVE to be 30 mins earlier than my appt time. All I was told is to drink a lot of water before. Was 5 mins late bc of 4-5 pm traffic, which u would think they understand since they are based in the area. Just to get there to be told I wasn't 30 mins early to my appointment, so they cancelled it. WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. No phone call no text before cancellation. Left work early missing out on money for no reason. Was jus given a rescheduling phone number wen I got there. I work in customer service and would never treat a patient or customer like that pls do better. Y'all could at least send out automated messages or phone calls or something to let ppl know who don't get this stuff done on regular.

  Took forever to get an appointment for a breast lump with milk coming from nippIe. I ended up switching to Baptist, who got me in immediately. I've switched to Baptist and couldn't be happier

  The service and x-ray staff are great. The staff who answers the phones could use some work. Called to set up my yearly follow up appointment, first question the lady on the phone asks is for my dr’s name. It’s been a year, couldn’t think of my dr’s name at the moment, she then said she’d need her name to add to the appointment, didn’t bother to ask my name or info. She couldn’t help me unless I had the dr’s name. One would think all my information would be in the system from previous appointments, but I guess that bothering to ask for a patients name to pull up their file is too much work.

  Honestly, from my personal experience, they were very kind and attentive. Had a few laughs with the staff up front, they were excellent and prompt. The testing was a breeze, the person who was back there with me was very helpful and courteous, I felt safe. Just a huge thank you for taking a situation that should've been stressful for me and making it a walk in the park.
