  I am extremely upset. My doctor that I have seen for 18 years left the practice. I had an appointment for 2/12 that I received a text to say was cancelled. He was supposed to to be there until 2/27. I went to refill my Livalo and my drug insurance had raised the copay to $276 for 90 days. I checked with Good Rex and could get the generic Petavastatin for $137 copay but needed a new prescription. I called the office and they refused to “change” my medication. I explained it was the same just the generic. I can’t get in with a new physician until May. This is unacceptable treatment and shows no compassion for a long term patient. I was a Manager for Norton for 35 years. I would never think of treating a patient in this manner.

  I took a cancellation list appt. Dr Slavova was angry that she had no info on me because I was given nothing to complete. My first time with Norton. She took it out on me with rapid-fire questioning and poor communication. Will never return. I have been waiting on a return call from OM. Never received any reply to my email sent as directed (in their response). Update: Update: I recently was able to share with Practice Manager. She was delightful and very supportive. She is working on making new patient visits more welcoming. Dr Slavova left practice Dec 4, 2025. There were other complaints.

  How old is the picture because there is never never never any parking on the lot. Why not add more handicap spaces there’s only 100k!

  Both of the primary care nurse practitioners I’ve worked with have been wonderful. Im sad my current practitioner Sarah Bray has left but I will stay with this location mostly because of her nurse Julie G. Julie is always so helpful and so nice. She helped me out with some paperwork I needed filled out. I appreciate her and her Patients with me. She deserves a raise for sure!!
