  Every single year on my physical I always have to wait 40 minutes to an hour in my patient room for someone to come get me for labs. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

  Don't bring service animals here. you will be discriminated against. Never have I been accosted so here. They tried to say last time, which was a year ago or so. My dog misbehaved. nothing was said before today. If that was the case she could of been asked to leave. Not the first time problems here. Last time they kept me waiting for a half hour for labs that i had a scheduled time for. no one was going back at all. no one said anything about running behind. just left to our thoughts. I left and it was an hour before anyone called looking for me. That makes an hour and half. Now this. I like Erin but not now. It was landed on her that i couldn't be seen unless the dog left. ridiculous I hope all Norton's are not like this. this is my preferred provider network. Hospitals and specialists. No i have to change to another provider and start all over. medication. they did my mental health meds still too. good luck everybody that comes into contact with me now. Norton's will be to blame if you get hurt. refuse me service. barely was holding it together never thought my doctor would do this to me. Almost got in someone face outside i was so out of control because of them. I repeat do not go here. Nasty people with no responsibility for their actions. think they can do whatever. they violate the law. even asked for paperwork for her. Which isn't allowed at all. ridiculous. grow up. your supposed to be professionals The manager tried to say she wasn't welcome in the building too. Not her building to say that either. I have this all recorded too. You don't' treat mentally ill patients like that. better way to handle things for real. educate your staff.

  Warm, empathetic, well trained, and highly intelligent NP Brink is an outstanding primary care physician. Appointments are dialogs seeking best outcomes not rote checking of boxes. The overall practice is professionally run. Appointments start on time and compared to other primary care outlets the whole office exudes calm and competence

  After losing a great doctor, I didn’t have a PCP for five years. My friends! I have found my physician and facility! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so welcoming. The receptionist made me feel welcome (I have white coat syndrome so that was nice; I’m sorry I didn’t get your name), Kortney, my nurse listened to me and told me what to expect and helped me to remember what to ask for. Dr Weigel for the win!! She sat down and listened to every concern I had, even giving me an ECG when it maybe wasn’t necessary (but, it was for my price of mind!). She really took her o time with me and made me feel HEARD! Desiree that drew mg blood was bright and friendly. After visiting a couple other doctors at other facilities over the years, and feeling really frustrated, I was so thrilled to find a doctor’s office where my irrational anxieties were relieved.
