- MCMorgan CloptonJan 7, 20261.0I drive 40 minutes to see my provider because I like her. I was 10 minutes late and was turned away. On top of that I guess they hired an incompetent woman at the front desk who doesn’t know the difference in insurances.
- EMEd McQueenApr 25, 20231.0I liked the doctor a lot. He was attentive and seemed to genuinely care. My problem is with getting an appointment scheduled or even a return call. I needed a procedure and the insurance pre-approval cleared, but the clinic never followed up with me. I have called and left a half dozen messages and no one ever returns my call. All I want is an appointment and they won't give it to me.
