  Dr Overley is the best. She listens and then discusses what the next step should be while including your input. We get good results.Dr Mei and Dr Brooks are great listeners and always determine the next appropriate step. We always get good results.

  Quality of care seems to have decreased in last few years. More like a computer with a patient attached. When I call office about med issue sent to e.r. rather than office seeing me because dr. felt like she didn't know how to treat me.

  I have been a patient at the CMA office on Barret Avenue for years as a patient of Dr. Sylvia Cole. I have had wonderful care by the kindest physician and staff under all kinds of circumstances. My doctor and the entire staff have always treated with professionalism and respect. The offices are always busy, but they never make me feel like anything but a welcome friend. They assure that I have all my preventative care completed and assure that my insurance requirements are met and my expectations exceeded.

  I woke up sick, my doctor wasn’t in the office that day. I needed a refill on medication to make me feel better. I called the office and sent a message via MyChart. The fill in doctor didn’t sign off on the approval of the medication that day. I went all day suffering, all I needed was a renewal of medication I’ve taken before the prescriptions were expired. I finally got the approval of the medication the next morning. Covering doctors should do better.

  Carol Howard, my wife, went to see Dr. Anderson in November 13, 2025 because she had been very ill. She went real early and sat 30 minutes and then was taken to a patient waiting room. The assistant came in and took her vitals and offered to get water for her. She waited almost 30 minutes by herself with no one returning and she finally got up and left. She was having a bad urinary infection and had been sick for sometime. She then went to Urgent Care on Angie’s Way. They treated her with antibiotics and another drug. Anytime I need to see Dr. Anderson now, his staff just tell me to go to Urgent Care. Since then I have changed doctors and my wife is thinking of doing this. We have always been happy with Dr. Anderson for 13 years but somehow the quality of care from his staff has been much to be desired. It saddens me to say this. When Gayle was there this never would have happened. So sorry she died. She shored Dr. Anderson up right and left.
