  I see Dr Jeanne Thompson and she is the most caring dr ever She treats us like family, and really knows what to do. I'm greatful to her.

  Those at the reception are rude and have no empathy. My English is not the best and they didn't offer me an interpreter. They treated me differently because I was Latina. They saw that I needed help and only spoke to me quickly in English. I told them that I spoke Spanish and they ignored me. I had to infer what they said. I felt discriminated against.

  Terrible experience here. Dr. Dedman changed the same appointment twice without asking if I could make the new time. The first time I changed a work trip to make it. The second I was out of the country. The Practice Manager called and said he would take care of getting me a new appointment as soon as I got back in country, and that Dr. Dedman could do refills of her prescriptions. Neither happened. So now I am here, out of my meds and scrambling. I would recommend you stay FAR from this place.

  I had an appointment here yesterday with Cherry Nelson, APRN. She is my new primary care provider and she is wonderful! She took her time and was very thorough asking me a lot of health questions and also a doing a brief but thorough exam. She is caring and kind. I also interacted with her medical assistant whose name is Toy. Toy was also very kind and so helpful going over all my medications and updating them all. The facility is large and very nice. I had labs drawn on site which made it convenient. Overall a great experience and I feel confident in my care.
