I went to the door to deliver some documents that my mother needed, and the man at the reception shouted “What’s up?” at me in a rude and unprofessional tone. He even rolled his eyes 🙄 when he had to open the door for just a moment so I could hand over the papers. He didn’t even say “How can I help you?” or “What do you need?” Terrible customer service experience.
