They refused to see the newborn simply because the parents were two minutes late. Two minutes. As a result, the baby continued crying in discomfort for two days without proper medical attention.

I am extremely disappointed with this medical center. They refused to see my 15-day-old baby simply because we were two minutes late. Two minutes.
My newborn continued crying in pain for two days because of this refusal. At this age, babies cannot speak or explain their pain — they only cry. Where is the humanity? Where is the compassion, especially toward a newborn child?
Healthcare should be about care first, especially when it comes to infants who are only days old. Policies are important, but basic human understanding should come before strict timing rules.
I truly question whether a center that turns away a 15-day-old baby over a two-minute delay deserves to be considered a medical facility focused on patient care.
Very disappointing experience.

This is not about being one or two minutes late. It is not about the appointment — it is about humanity.
This child is helpless. He has no power and no control over time, traffic, or circumstances. If his parents make a mistake or arrive late, they are just ordinary people. They may be stressed, overwhelmed, or simply unaware of what is best in that moment.
But a doctor is not just an ordinary person. A doctor carries knowledge, responsibility, and a duty of care. A doctor understands a child’s medical needs better than anyone else. That is why compassion and flexibility should come before strict rules — especially when a child’s health is involved.
Isn’t the true purpose of medicine to protect those who cannot protect themselves?

This place not look like before. It’s completely changed when the management has changed. I’ve been there before they was working with mercy not worth the time before. They’ve been working with feelings. No if you wait one minute, they will not take you. They don’t care about you have a kid or whatever not how it is going. I feel so sorry because this place not look like before don’t go there if the people not working with feelings and the humanity, you will not get fixed.

I bring my son (7) and infant (almost 4 months) here to see Dr. Tara Chernecke and I really love it! The admin are very friendly, patient and kind, every time. The nurses or staff that sees you before the doctor are the same, they are very friendly and I have yet to be mistreated or dismissed. Dr. Tara has really helped my baby with gas issues and she is patient with my older autisitic son. She does the check up according to HIM, if he wants to walk/stand, she does the same. His last doctor was not so accomodating. She listens and provides information as needed. She seems happy with her job and she seems to care. Couldnt ask for more.
