- CSChristopher SlaterJul 14, 20221.0Awful experience due to poor communication and misinformation. Showed up early for appointment as instructed. Taken to examination room and told that we were next after the Doctor is finished with the current patient. Waited an hour in the examination room to be told that there are two patients ahead of us now. Left the office. Never saw the Doctor. Aside from that, everything else was great. Side note: Feedback for MyChart. MyChart now has a handy feature where it allows you to check in to your appointment. After checking in, the app prompts you to call the office which just happens to be the step I would have taken anyway. Kudos to MyChart for adding unnecessary steps to checking in.
