  Very thankful for this office and the care they provide to my family! I have never had an issue getting a same day sick appointment, and the office is responsive to any messages. All of the doctors, nursing staff and office staff are informative and helpful. We also never wait in the lobby long to be seen for an appointment, which is also a huge plus.

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and follow-up from this office regarding a billing issue that could have been easily resolved. A lab order from Dr. Brian Posnansky was submitted with a wrong diagnostic code, which resulted in my insurance denying coverage and leaving me with a $451.50 bill. Both Labcorp and my insurance company clearly stated that the issue could only be resolved if the diagnostic code was corrected and the claim resubmitted by the doctor’s office. I have personally visited the office nearly 10 times and followed up repeatedly with the front office manager, Corey Templeton, requesting help to correct and resend the claim. I have been following up since November. While Mr. Templeton indicated on multiple occasions that he would update the code—and at one point stated it had been updated electronically—Labcorp later confirmed they never received a corrected order or resubmission. I also sent multiple messages to Dr. Posnansky through MyChart requesting assistance or clarification. To this day, I do not know if those messages were reviewed or simply ignored. What is most frustrating is that every other party involved — Labcorp and the insurance company — consistently gave the same answer: the doctor’s office must update or correct the diagnostic coding. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups over several months, the issue was never resolved, leaving the patient to deal with the financial burden. While the medical care itself may be adequate, the administrative follow-through and responsiveness are very poor. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office.

  The doctors and staff have been great. Dr. Donovan always spend time explaining details to us and it never feels like he is in a hurry to move on to his next patient.

  Would rate this facility a 3.5 out of 5. The staff is decent the doctors are great. It has bothered me in the past how rude some of the receptionists can be, the older black female to be specific. My first time bringing my daughter here, we were surprised how dirty the place was and still is. Floors being the obvious. Other than that, no other complaints. Im sure there are better pediatric facilities in louisville we come here for mere convenience as its close to home.
