  Whole group (staff included) is great (!) but special shout out to Dr. Shaw. He spends real time during visits to discuss our concerns/make sure we’re on the right track with our kids and will research into unique issues to make sure kiddos get the care they need.

  Came her with my daughter today for our first visit. I felt like I was in a dream lol...everyone was so kind, personable and informative. I wish I found this place sooner. The whole building is wonderfully kept!

  We have had a very mixed experience here. I see a lot of great posts about Dr. Livera, however, our experience with him has not been the best. We ended up in the emergency room with our daughter due to his misdiagnosis and his unwillingness to prescribe her an antibiotic for the issue. We also had to deal with over 1,000$ of bills because of this and he refused to let the bill for the office visit be written off. Dr. Balin we have seen several times for sick appointments and is amazing. She has been soooo helpful down to referring us for tubes to be put in my daughters ears even though she wasn't my daughters full time doctor. Dr. Segelon has been pretty great too. She doesn't always have the best bed side manner but she is always spot on with diagnosis and helping us. I have used the call service 2 times and have great experiences with those as well. Only other complaint I would have is that Dr. Livera seems to be the only one that is ever available for sick appointments, if I refuse to see him it can take days to get in, which with toddlers you sometimes don't have that long. Front office staff is always great and welcoming. Lab workers are pretty good too.

  My son who is now 22 has been a patient of Dr Livera's since birth. He is the top Ped Doc in Louisville and I would recommend him to anyone. My son has always loved and trusted this man!
