  I’m very disappointed with the pediatric care my child received at Norton’s Children’s Medical Group. As a parent, I expect doctors to listen carefully to my concerns and take the time to fully assess what’s going on with my child. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Each time I brought my child in with a fever or other symptoms, the response felt rushed and dismissive — often brushed off as “just a viral infection” without deeper investigation or genuine concern. It’s frustrating and discouraging when you feel that your worries as a parent aren’t being heard or taken seriously. I truly hope the hospital works on improving communication, empathy, and thoroughness in their pediatric department. Parents need to feel that their children are being cared for by doctors who are attentive, compassionate, and willing to look beyond the most common explanations.

  I’m very grateful for the new location. It’s much easier to park here and unload kids, and it’s given new life to an empty building. The pediatricians are all great, and the nurses and staff have always been caring and helpful.

  Drove 3 hours to get there and was late due to time change. Would not see me. Wouldn't let me talk to Dr. Am making a formal complaint along with my referring Dr.
