  Took my child to this location I sat for 2 1/2 in a hours in an exam room with my 9 month old baby crying because she is currently running a fever Our appointment we had scheduled was for 8:30 we Just waiting to be seen for sick symptoms. To follow we were suppose to get a urine Analysis test the first nurse put it on incorrectly she checked it once and never came back then they sent in the second employee who started a new test never came back the room at all. I put the urine sample in the cup myself. Which really upsets me because I felt like my daughter’s well being was being neglected right before my eyes. Just a lack of empathy and commutation it just felt as if my daughter’s health did not matter to them ESPECIALLY A SICK BABY!!!!

  So the last time my son was here a student came in and was trying to diagnose my kid, she was asking him questions she should of been asking me, he is 5 she said because he didn’t have body aches he didn’t have the flu, I’m his mom I know when my kids sick & I know what the flu looks like! She then was trying to give him The flu shot with active flu (which was confirmed via test) when my child is sick I would rather not have someone who is not a medical professional with a degree treat my son! Thankfully the dr came in and the look on the students face when she said he was positive! If he was there for a routine Check up fine but when kids are sick or hurt I want a real dr!

  Both of my children had sick appointments today with Dr. Tipton. When we arrived I could tell the office was busy but the front desk greeted us like they always do and even remembered my kids names from previous visits. The medical staff called us right back we may have waited 10 minutes if that and she was very nice and playful with my kids. Dr. Tipton came in and took time to really listen to them and ask not only me questions but them as well and made us feel like we were the only patients in the office. All of the staff and the doctors go above and beyond in this office. Even the manager jumps in and helps out when needed and that’s something you don’t see a lot of now days in doctor offices. Keep up the good work.
