We have been in the wait room for about 3 hours now and still we haven’t been called the people in front of us got called and we kept on asking if there was any room since my daughter was having severe heart burns and stomach issue but still nothing we came in at 4 and it 7 were still here the wait time is so long I don’t recommend coming here for high emergency’s if I could rate it lower I would this is ridiculous and mind you they told us that if she had these heart burns she should come back but they haven’t even gotten us in yet don’t come here if you can’t wait because this was not it
I will always drive the 45 minutes to this location. I have been here twice and both times the doctors were amazing. They also brought toys for my daughter to play with and went above and beyond in ensuring accurate diagnosis and testing.

Go to a different ER if possible. At 5 weeks old, our daughter got the flu from our older kids. Her fever grew, so I called the after hours number and they instructed me to take her to this ER. Upon arriving, we told our nurse that our 2 oldest tested positive at the pediatrician's office earlier that day for parainfluenza b. Since our baby was so young they had to run certain tests to be sure nothing more serious was going on which is fine. However, the nurses disregarded whatever we said. We told them she just had a wet diaper and tried to cathe her for 10 minutes and got no urine samples. They also drew blood for what felt like 30-45 minutes. There was blood all over her blanket and the table and they still couldn't get enough blood and had to heel prick her several times. All the while, my sick and tired daughter is screaming. Turns out she just had the same sickness our older daughters had and told us to do everything we were already doing... I spoke with the director of nursing after the incident and they basically said they "instructed" the nurses of proper technique and there's nothing else to do about the situation. Total lack of patient care and bedside manner, and these incompetent nurses are still on staff after being there for several years and should know how to draw blood and know not to cathe a patient after just emptying their bladder. No wonder why people don't trust modern medicine. I will never go back to this facility after this experience and their lack of care.
This hospital doesn’t even earn a star rating!! Only provided a star so I could post!! Absolutely furious!! My son came in for a swollen jaw and sever ear pain. Waited less than 10mins in the waiting room was brought to the back. The nurses forgot we were in the room! 40 mins later they finally triage my son. A med student came in did more triage. Left the room. My son’s pain grew worse, I found a nurse to advise, she told me she would get my sons nurse. Still waiting 45 mins later. In total we have been waiting for almost 3hrs. We are leaving and finding another facility. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!
Arrived to E.D. with 4y/o on Tues, Oct.19th approx 1:30am. Nephrologist and ped told us to come in right away if certain symptoms arose, to recieve IV antibiotics. Child has CKD with antibiotic resistant UTI, is in pain, and vomiting. Waited 3.5 hrs to be called back. Our nurse, Kayleigh Bacon came into the room to tell us that she would be our nurse, "for a few minutes." We asked for a pillow and blanket. Kayleigh Bacon then proceeded to talk about waiting for shift change and left to get urine sample cup. Then what I assume was a tech came in and hooked daughter up to pulse ox and heart monitor and left. Kayleigh Bacon came back into room and handed us the cup and left. I had to unhook the monitors myself and find the bathroom to get the urine sample. We came back to room and I muted the monitor. No one ever came to question what was going on. We continued to wait so long that the urine sample was cold. I went to nurses station where workers just walked around me casually. I said aloud that we had been waiting two hours on a pillow and blanket and wondered if this urine sample should be in a lab somewhere. A day shift nurse went looking for a blanket and pillow. Came back a few min later with cold blanket and pillow and pillow case. A few minutes later a woman who introduced herself as "a resident here" came and talked with us about what was going on. We gave her all the details and relevant med history. She did not use the computer in the room or have a pen and paper. She left with no input about tests, plan of action or anything. Later a woman with an MD tag came in and sat down with a small scratch piece of paper and a pen and said "so what's going on, a UTI?" We once again explained everything in detail, she said "you probably know more about UTIs than me"but did apologize for having us there so long and made it clear she felt we had slipped through the cracks regarding the care, or lack thereof, we had received. Her plan of action was to wait for our nephrologist to get into the office and call her. This MD came back into room 1.15 hours later to tell us to go home and continue our currenteds as prescribed. She tolde my daughter was looking and acting fine when she has never spent 10 min around her and I has said she was pale, in pain, vomiting, not acting normal. She then handed me a generic paper about UTIs. I stared at her in disbelief at our experience with my mouth dropped open. She said I seemed nervous, and I said that I was actually speechless and we left. The Incompetence and aloofness were astromical. I would not recommend. At all. And I'm a highly polite ex server who hates complaining. Not even a bottle of water or a proper apology 😳 We spent almost 8 hours for NOTHING, besides missing two highly important doeses of her antibiotics. Yes, that's right, they did not even provide her current regimen.
