zero urgency, impossible requests, and would come back with a completely different plan than the time before abt 6 times- expected my 13 month old daughter at 1 am (had been awake for 8 hours to just not rub her face with stiches) she screamed in despair for hours because they made me hold her arms down to avoid it and no one picked up the pace whatsoever to get us out any sooner.

AVOID. Very unclean and I know the ER isn’t the cleanest place in the world but this is too three dirtiest I have ever seen. Chairs, floors every surface is disgusting. Brought two children here with wheezing, fever Ect. We waited over an hour and the staff was so incredibly rude. Triage and then can not tell us how long it’s going to be, sounding like robots. Trust me, I don’t want to be here with all three children for sickness anymore than you do!

One of the worst experiences in my life I had there this past two weeks. Started there with one kid that got admitted because of his g-tube mind you he is a level 3 autistic child with food aversions so he doesn’t like to eat really at all. So the doctors and staff called cps on me stating that I am starving my child(neglected nutritionally). Now I ended up having to children admitted later on this week and we ended up in a double room and 5 east the the two day shift leaders were rude and they were acting funny since the cps stuff came across my sons chart. The fact that they would think I was starving my child was so irritating knowing he wasn’t even eating for them or the speech therapist I spent so much money buying food for my other children was there at least 900 dollars that was spent the weeks I was there also they wouldn’t let me transfer hospital basically trying to hold me hostage and I would not recommend nobody sending there kids there and I would never be back I lost all trust in this hospital and the staff because I would never in my life starve my children I would starve before my kids will and when all of this is done and over with I would like a apology for making false accusations against me and my family and I would definitely give this hospital a big zero stars

Very dirty and very slow. My son has been put in a room with chips all over the floor, something sticky on furniture and no sense of urgency to be seen by any type of medical professional. Just been waiting in a dirty room for 2 hours……

We had an amazing experience here on 5 West. The staff were very, very, very, very, very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered every single question we had from the moment we arrived to the moment we were discharged. Hands down, this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hospital. If my children were ever sick again, this is exactly where we would want to be. We felt heard, truly listened to, and like our care was a top priority the entire time. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation feel safe, supported, and cared for.
