- SHSarah HJul 23, 20251.0The front desk receptionist Lauren is absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered within this doctors office From the moment you were walk in, you have to be ready to not be recognized and if you happen to be in a hurry or have questions, she will be very short and very rude Whenever you tell her thank you she will not say you’re welcome. She will just try to close the window in your face, which is unacceptable due to the circumstances Some of the people that are coming in here. Are facing problems with their children The doctor could definitely do better with a new receptionist Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I like the doctors, but I will not be coming back because of Lauren!!!!!
