  Dr. Idstein was so helpful in diagnosing a tonsillectomy for our 5-yr old. Dr. Levin performed the surgery and was so kind and really took her time pre-operation to make sure we were comfortable. She was so kind and informative. We didn't feel rushed at all. It's always scary when your kiddo is undergoing anesthesia and facing a tough recovery and she made us feel comforted and confident. Thank you!

  Tell me why Sara Odle doesn't call parents after doing tests and cultures and let's them know about results that are potentially dangerous. Is this what Doctors do?

  Both my children are regular visitors with Dr. Robbins and Dr. Moats. They are both EXTREMELY kind and passionate about what they do. They have both helped my daughters be able to hear and speak with confidence. This has not only made them more confident in their speech, but also gives them the courage to branch out and play with other children. I recommend this facility to anyone that has concerns about their child’s speech or hearing.

  Worst experience ever. APRN was condescending, rude and basically couldn’t even navigate the computer system. Avoid her at all cost. I will say that the receptionist and the check out personnel were very kind and efficient. But as far as the medical provider, well let’s just say she lacks any medical expertise and has absolutely no compassion for her patients.
