  Came in 2 hours ago . With extreme headache vision loss and slurred speech . Waited in the waiting room for 2 hours in extreme excruciating pain . Still waiting as we speak . Terrible terrible management.

  They discharged me with instructions to call their orthopedic surgeon two days later. I then had to wait another three days to get a consultation. Great treatment, absolutely horrible follow up care. I suggest going to another ER if you want full service treatment.

  No sense of urgency even if you’re on the verge of passing out while standing. Aside from a couple, most staff did not follow with compassion, empathy or carefulness. Also, before each step or procedure it should be explained to patient even if it’s something simple.

  The nurses were amazing! Even the cleaning staff was friendly. If you can make a hospitals stay a positive one they did their best to make it one. Thank you Norton!

  Terrible experience at the ER. Came in with severe stomach pain and left with severe stomach pain. I feel like they thought I was just some junkie coming in wanting pain medicine. It took 3 hours just to get some medicine for stomach spasms. They could not give me answers to why I was in so much pain. Only referred me back to my primary doctor. Will not be going back here or recommend to anyone.
