  Review for Dr. John Wernert – Norton behavior Health Services My mom went to see Dr. John Wernert hoping to get help with her anxiety, and the experience was a complete waste of time and money. She was told things about her childhood that were painfully obvious—nothing helpful or insightful—and was given absolutely no real advice on how to manage what she's going through. They took her off medications with no solid plan, offered no solutions, and then had the nerve to say, “Come back in July.” Are you serious? She left feeling worse than when she walked in. They charged an outrageous amount for what amounted to useless, surface-level commentary and no actual care. If this is what mental health support looks like at Norton, it’s shameful. You failed her. The Healthcare has failed Americans!

  Broke off care from Norton behavioral health therapist because I found better and more available care. Multiple days after I did, they sent me a letter breaking off services with me. Flashback to high school every time you break up with a guy…”you can’t dump me! I dumped you!”
