4 hours later, still sitting in the ER waiting room. When the hospital media team comes to this review to leave a comment, check the waiting room… we could probably just talk in person. We’ll likely still be here.

I went in to Audobon for quadruple heart bypass. After surgery I was in ICU the nurses and staff was Amazing and very polite and first priority was all making sure I was very comfortable. The moved me from ICU to CCU in 2 days. Every surgeon and doctor and staff members I had met was the best. All was very polite and took care of all of my needs. Every single one 0f them went from caregivers to Family. I am truly blessed and honored to have met them amd became part of our life's. Yall are so very Amazing and take the upmost Pride in your work.

Literally the WORST ER I’ve ever been to in Louisville, the wait was 4 hours to be seen, even though they KNOW you’re in pain. Once you’re in the back it’s another 3/4 hour wait, Nurses don’t know much. not very attentive and seem very short staffed with people who have human decency..not clean..the blankets had stains and dried blood on them.

I was born here in '82! It has been amazing seeing the transition into the hospital it is today. I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in the door, until the time I checked out. The customer service was exceptional and the professionalism of the medical team was outstanding!! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

This is probably one of the most useless hospitals ever My grandma was in the hospital for three weeks and they gave her no answers for any of her problems and she came out in worse condition than she went in. She is unable to walk without falling because they only let her use the bedside commode When she was in the hospital because no one would come to take her to the bathroom and she had multiple accidents on herself, waiting for someone to come get her. She was also not supposed to be left by herself when she went to the bathroom because she was unsteady on her feet and she had a nurse leave her in the bathroom by herself For three hours and never came back.
They also recommended for her to just go to hospice because it would be easier.
