  I was referred to this office by my primary care doctor last week and returned a phone call from this office to schedule an appointment to see their Specialist. Someone name Kasey answered the phone and started drilling me about my hand and never did schedule an appointment for me. I expressed that I just needed him to schedule an appt for the doctor and that I didn't call to be interrogated about why I was referred. He told me that he needed me to understand that there was a certain way that they would handle my appt and he wouldn't schedule without me answering all his questions. So I told him "No Thanks," I will just call my PCP and have her refer me to a different doctor. Can you imagine being drilled and interrogated over the phone before the office will even schedule you for an appt to see their doctor?! If there were a -0 star, that's the one I would've rated this office! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL IN NATURE !!!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST! SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WITH THE CULTURE OF THIS OFFICE! RUNAWAY PEOPLE! GO TO AN OFFICE WHERE YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT BY THE OFFICE STAFF AS WELL AS THE PHYSICIAN!

  The doctor was great. Whoever was in that room typing stuff was coarse, laughing in my face, and ignorant, and laughed when I came out of my room about something that took place inside the office. I even mentioned that I knew she was laughing at me when she burst out laughing again. Very unprofessional

  Arrived early. Called in as requested, asked to come right up. 1 fellow patient not wearing mask correctly, told receptionist i would wait outside, call when ready. Waited @15 min, called back and cancelled. 1st appt. of the day, good luck to the rest of the world won't go back.

  This practice is the worst of the worst. Kentucky is next to last in overall healthcare and this practice is yet a example of why. Long wait times, poor diagnosis, third world treatment. Patient Beware.

  Appointment scheduling is a mess
