- EFEd F.Mar 17, 20261.0Too many patients and not enough care. The doctor said he would prescribe an anti-inflammatory cream but he or someone on his staff forgot to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Therefore, in addition to the 30 minutes I spent waiting on my appointment, I spent an additional ten minutes on the phone overseeing their work trying to get them to complete the job the are being paid for.
