I never write reviews, but feel justified to write this one. While the pharmacy techs are usually kind and helpful, every interaction with the pharmacist has been the opposite.
While reading reviews for this location, one name appears repeatedly. If you don’t already know the name, you definitely know the face and the scolding shrill voice of Maryam. (referred to as Miriam in other reviews)
If there’s any way to complicate, delay, or outright deny a prescription, she’ll find it. Her disposition is akin to that of a hall monitor or a mall cop. There is a clear and well documented pattern. After sharing my experiences with coworkers, 4 others immediately described the same exact issues with the same woman. Each have since switched to other pharmacies.
Do yourself a favor by skipping this location entirely and supporting a locally owned pharmacy instead. Your peace of mind will thank you!

Went without medication for almost 2 days. Tried calling 3/25/26 and the pharmacist on the phone answered very rudely stating they were by themselves and there were 5 people in line, and hung up on me. Called 3/26/26 at opening trying to get an update because my body has started to feel the affects without the medication and it got pushed back further. By the time I was able to take a break from work I was already shaking and sick. I literally had to sit down at the pharmacy taking my medication after finally getting it as I felt like I was going to pass out. Don't know what has happened to this pharmacy but the last few months it's gone down hill. If a patient has a medication that is needed daily and they were out of that medication, that should be an urgent matter to address. I was able to figure out that the supervisor was the one who answered the phone rudely on the first day I called. I've looked at other reviews and see the same complaints about rude staff and the pharmacy supervisor. I'm not sure who is above this pharmacy and store, but there needs to be conversations made and performance action plans for customer service.

Shocked by the low review score. We’ve never had anything but great experiences here! The pharmacist, Miriam, goes above and beyond to help and answer questions. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy is not one you want to go to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Miriam, the head pharmacist, is not very kind or compassionate. If you question anything, she will use her position to deny you service.
