- KRKali RogersOct 27, 20251.0Horrible doctors!! They are clueless about Multiple Sclerosis. They will always tell you to go to the ER. They will not help you! Find another hospital and Doctor! Norton is trying to monopolize treating Multiple Sclerosis. They don't want anyone in Louisville Kentucky to have an option. They don't care how far away you live. They do not understand mobility problems. No bedside manner. Good luck asking about DMTs. None of the doctors can explain anything. It's impossible to get an answer. They don't know how Bcell technology is different than Tcell technology The MS coordinator is a joke! FIND A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL! A HOSPITAL THAT CARES!!!
