However, W-B uses some obscure delivery service, so if you have any standing rules with UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc...throw those out the window. They don't use uniformed delivery drivers and they don't understand delivery instructions. Why do they need to re-invent delivery? The person at the store told me it would be "a couple days" for delivery. They website tracking for their broken delivery service reads "14 days." Turns out it was 5 days, which ends up being a Saturday. Their delivery service won't/can't deliver to me on a Saturday. If they would've told me that they use their own made-up delivery service, I would've just picked them up at the store. Now I have to wait additional days to get my glasses. Bottom line: if you can't get them when you're in the store, don't bother. Their delivery system is a hot mess.
