I made an appointment for a flu shot and showed up at the appointed time to find the place closed. What kind of place makes an appointment with someone at a time when they'll be closed?

Can’t say. Super upset that we drove all the way here with our sick baby only to find that they are closed because the business couldn’t be bothered to post their correct hours on Google.

My son had an appointment. Waited 2 hours and still didn't get in. Walked out because no one was available to cancel the appointment. I do not recommend; coming is a waste of your time.

Worst treatment ever! My 18 yr old daughter goes in with signs and symptoms of an upper respiratory infection/possibly an ear infection and leaves without treatment because they were completely dismissive of her medical history and current concerns thinking it's Covid and acting as if she has the black plague without any consideration to what she was telling them. This nurse practitioner wouldn't even give her a proper exam and reluctantly and improperly did swab testing, asking my kid to do it herself so that this person wouldn't have to get near her. Sent her away without treatment or proper explanation. You ought to be ashamed of yourself! You should seriously be considering a new career path if this is how you treat a child who is sick and comes to you for help! Do no harm! Unbelievable.

Not a clinic at all, I'm sure they're fine to get physicals or shots, but they charge $89.00 to check your vitals and then tell you to go to the ER if it's anything but a shot or a physical. Don't waste your money, the ER said "You didn't need to come here, you needed some IB profen and a heat pack for muscle spasms in your jaw." Tell me why they didn't even do a check up, simply said "go to the ER" and wouldn't even provide a work note. If people had money to "Go to the ER" your little clinic wouldn't exist. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!
