The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Jennifer Pentecost has refused for over 6 weeks to make an amendment to my records or give me a written letter stating why she is unwilling to make the amendment thus violating HIPPA. It was a simple request because she could not accurately record the reason for my visit. And yes, this account is under a different name. You know who I am because I have called for six weeks to try to get this adjusted and corrected.

So I had two different experiences, two days apart. When I went two days ago to do a TB test, the front desk nurse and doctor, Jennelle, were very nice and informative. When I went today, the front desk nurse only said “hi” to the patient two seats over from me, mind you I’m African American and the other patient is White and so is every worker I encountered here. Next, the nurse assumed she was there before me because when she called out my name she looked at her. Then, when Doctor Kaelin came out, she had me show my arm while sitting down in waiting area to see my TB results. Luckily, I was negative and knew I was negative because this isn’t my first TB test but that seemed inappropriate. I also had to remind her to mark on my results paper that I was negative.

Created an appointment for the LaGrange Kroger, the system booked me into this one instead, the woman on the other end would not work with me on getting into the clinic or help with a suitable replacement as appointment

I don't give a one star rating often. Assistant at the desk was staring at her phone while I waited to check in. She was about as friendly as a hungry rattlesnake. She said she would get me some paperwork to fill out. Only one other person waiting. She finally gave me paperwork after playing on her phone another 5 minutes or so. I was there for a basic biometric screening for work, and she did the basics. Again, friendly as a rattlesnake. Got to the nurse practitioner (I think) and she didn't bother to get out of her chair. Didn't look like she had been out of the chair all day. She asked more irrelevant questions, which I answered, while she sniffled and coughed all over the place. She was clearly sick herself. Wait time wasn't bad. If it wasn't free and paid for by work I would have left after 3 minutes.
