  Jennifer Pentecost has refused for over 6 weeks to make an amendment to my records or give me a written letter stating why she is unwilling to make the amendment thus violating HIPPA. It was a simple request because she could not accurately record the reason for my visit. And yes, this account is under a different name. You know who I am because I have called for six weeks to try to get this adjusted and corrected.

  The person who saw me could care less about what I had going on. Rude dismissive, Did a flu and Covid test after I had told her I had already done a Covid test at home that came back negative.Basically told me to tough it out. Gave me a cough medicine I couldn’t tolerate that gave me bloody stools for several days. Told me I had a virus that would last 4-5 day, well here we are going on the 8th day. I would give this place a minus number if possible. I called back after several days and she was like OH WELL. Worst care I’ve ever experienced.

  I've been to The Little Clinic here twice. Both times, excellent experience. It's best to schedule in advance. Honestly wish they were Primary Care. Haven't experienced this type of bedside manner in way too long.

  Created an appointment for the LaGrange Kroger, the system booked me into this one instead, the woman on the other end would not work with me on getting into the clinic or help with a suitable replacement as appointment
