- CDCameron DownsJul 7, 20251.0This was an awful experience. I scheduled an appointment because I had an ear infection. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me with the wrong type of ear infection after only looking at my ear for about 5 seconds and not listening to me when I told her I have experienced symptoms similar to the ones I had when I previously had ear infections and was given an oral medication. However she prescribed me drops which made my ear infection worse and flare up. I have been in even more pain than I was before and have to see a different doctor to get prescribed another medication. I was very disappointed.

She told me I should have made an appointment even though I had already tried to do so. Then, shockingly, she repeated three times, “You do not look sick.” How can she judge someone's health based on appearance alone? This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced

They did not have the courtesy to contact those patients with scheduled appointments AND was told despite making appointment, those without appointments that walked in for treatment before us would be seen before those with an appointment (despite little clinic displayed sign that indicates walk in appointment would be dependent upon scheduled appointments.).
- KDKai DayNov 8, 20221.0If I could rate less stars I think I honestly would. What is the point of offering more gender options for inclusivity if I am going to be aggressively misgendered anyways? Besides the very blatant transphobia from the doctor, the desk worker wasn't rude but did act like I was an absolute idiot for not checking in at the kiosk that is located to the side of the counter and there are no instructions to assist you when no one is at the counter. The doctor also tried to argue with me about my own health. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.
