I have a condition where one of my ears overproduces wax. I woke up with my ear completely blocked and hearing impaired. Scheduled an appointment same day, front desk nurse was very helpful. Dr. Samantha cleared out my ear quickly. Incredibly relieved to hear again!

Terrible time management wouldn’t suggest going here. Understaffed. No communication.

I saw the negative reviews and decided to test it anyway since they were close, took my insurance, and it was a simple issue to treat, and I'm GLAD I did. They were more attentive in one visit than my PCP usually is, conversation was entertaining, as a bonus, and they listened and didn't rush me whatsoever.
Having worked in healthcare myself as well as other customer facing positions over the years I'm guessing a lot of the negative reviews are people who just didn't get their way. Thank you for taking care of me today guys!

I am having flu and Covid-like symptoms and they turned me away because they couldn’t figure out how to enter my insurance, which is active and useable. I went to urgent care after and lo and behold, my insurance is fine and enterable. Staff needs better training on billing and perhaps not turning people away during a pandemic.

Went in today for symptoms of a sinus infection which I get every year around early fall. While I was there, the nurse and NP weren't very attentive and didn't seem to take the visit very serious. I explained my symptoms and that I get sinus infections a lot around this time of year. No one asked me what medications I was on. and quickly stated I had an upper respiratory infection. They said they'd give me an antihistamine and send over to my pharmacy.
A few hours passed and I called CVS to see when it would be available to pick up. They had not received anything. I explained the situation and my pharmacist questioned why I wasn't given an antibiotic. I called LC and stated that they hadn't sent over the rx and asked why I wasn't given an antibiotic like I normally did in times before. She stated that it could be just a viral infection so they couldn't prescribe an antibiotic at this time. CVS called me back and stated the rx they sent over isn't in production anymore and they replaced it with Zyrtec. Remember when I said they never asked for my medications? I told them I take Zyrtec and many other meds for allergies and asthma daily. So obviously if I'm showing these symptoms while being on all those meds I need something (like an antibiotic) given my history. I was told they still could not give an antibiotic.
So I called my asthma & allergy specialist and had to pay a more expensive copay for them to tell me I had a sinus infection (not an upper respiratory infection) and i absolutely needed an antibiotic and a steroid.
Needless to say, I will NEVER be going to the little clinic again. It's a joke. My dad went in a couple weeks ago and they said the same thing to him about an antibiotic. Two days later he developed bronchitis bc they gave him cough medicine instead of antibiotics. He was able to get into his Dr finally and they (GUESS WHAT!!) gave him an antibiotic. Not sure what these people have against proper medical care, but we will NEVER be going back again.
