- MCMegan CheathamMar 5, 20261.0If I could give -5 stars I would. I made an appointment for 3:45 so that I would be done by 5:40 to pick my son up. The visit started with the worst front desk person I could imagine, no personality whatsoever and made me very uncomfortable. It was so weird. Then I was told the Dr was running about an hour behind and although I didn’t like it I smiled and dealt with it bc I needed a Dr. 4:45 comes and she takes me in a room and asks me some of the dumbest questions and stares at me til I answer to her satisfaction it felt like. Then I waited another 40 mins in there waiting on a Dr that never came. I walked out bc I had to go get my child so here I am still sick with no Dr diagnosis and I’m livid. That’s no way to handle a Dr office and they should be ashamed of themselves. And sorry, I misspoke it was a nurse practitioner I was waiting on not a Dr!

- TSTabetha StansburyMar 27, 20181.0I'm appalled with the lack of patient care received in today's visit by Gregory Burchett, DNP, APRN! I was diagnosed with acute pansinusitis and was told to use flonase and ibuprofen for 10 days before any scripts would be wrriten because ppl misuse medications! So instead of helping me and advocating for his pts care he tells me I need to continue to suffer because of what other ppl do!! He told me that this is the way of treatment now! If this is left untreated and with my pt hx this will turn into bronchitis or pneumonia, like it always does and I advised him of this including the fact that my lungs currently feel like they are burning when I breath. After complaining and advising him that I will advocate for my care and I need something to clear this up, he wrote me a script but post dated it to when he feels I might be ready for other forms of treatment!!! So now I have to spend twice the money because of his lack of care. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money!!
