- AGAlante GainesMar 5, 20261.0The nurse practitioner there was rude and condescending! After telling her why I was there! I was afraid and concerned for my health! So I was simply just wanting to check to make sure I was ok until I could get in with my doctor! She continued to respond “this is a grocery store” as if I didn’t know where I was! It’s a clinic though correct? Then she proceeded to ask me if I needed a note for food stamps or wic when I looked at her funny she changed it up and asked if I needed a note for work! Why are we discussing food stamps when that’s not what I’m here for ?!? Very unhelpful and offensive! I won’t be back!

Once in the room She didn't listen to me just had issues with my sunglasses. Only prescribed medicine that has never helped in the past. The last time I took i was in the hospital for 3 days. Told her that and all she had to say was hope you don't go to the hospital. Very unprofessional very rude do not recommend seeing anybody from this location specifically.

I was grilled for fertility health when the needed information was already present in their system. Best part - i was there for a possible infection on my extremities. They did not even touch it. They were not thorough with questions regarding the reason for my visit. Showed me over the counter items with little instruction and it is worse the following day despite following directions given. Don't waste your time or money with this...

- SSSandraDec 4, 20255.0I went in there yesterday they took good care of me. They told me I should have went to the er, because they are not set up to do labs there. The two women who were there were very friendly and took the time to listen and answer my questions.
